Logiwiz receives ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems     The year 2009 witnessed Logiwiz achieving an important milestone with its quality management systems being certified compliant with ISO 9001:2008.     The certification by DET Norske Veritas (DNV) covers the provision of 3PL services and includes a Quality Policy related to customer needs and other stake holder needs.     The Quality Policy encompasses areas such as the need for continual improvement, evaluation of risk and business continuity planning, identifying resources, supply chain processes, stakeholder management and even customer satisfaction relative to competition in the market place.     Logiwiz has undertaken industry practices conforming to international standards such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Business Continuity Planning, deploying state of the art Infrastructure and equipments, setting down Key performance indicators which are quantifiable and measurable and recognized as good practices by the certifying body of ISO DNV management system.
